Red White & Blue M&M’S give these s’mores brownies a festive look for Independence Day!

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup M&M’S Red White & Blue Milk Chocolate, divided
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 graham cracker squares, lightly crushed
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 8-inch square cake pan; line with parchment paper.
- In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; let cool slightly. Whisk in sugar, cocoa powder and salt until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat in vanilla. Stir in flour just until combined; stir in half of the M&M’S.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven; scatter marshmallows evenly over top. Return to oven; bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
Sprinkle with graham crackers and remaining M&M’S. Drizzle with chocolate. Let cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
Tip: Instead of dark chocolate chips, use milk chocolate chips.
