M&M’S monster cookie dough cones

Recipe Ingredients:
- 12 mini ice cream cones with flat bottoms
- Purple spray food coloring
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp green food coloring
- 3/4 cup M&M’S Ghoul’s Mix, divided
- 2 tbsp Halloween sprinkles, for decorating
- 2 tbsp candy eyes, for decorating
Directions:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes (+20 minutes standing time)
- Spray cones with purple food coloring; set aside to dry.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread flour evenly on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly toasted. Sift flour through fine-mesh sieve and let cool completely.
- In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat together butter, brown sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add toasted flour and beat to combine.
- Beat in milk, vanilla and green food coloring; mix until well combined. Transfer to piping bag fitted with medium star tip.
- Divide ½ cup M&M’S Ghoul’s Mix evenly among prepared cones.
- Pipe edible cookie dough evenly into cones. Garnish with remaining M&M’S, sprinkles and candy eyes. Serve immediately.
Tip: Alternatively, buy pre-colored ice cream cones.
